I always try to prep my meals in advance so I avoid bingeing on unhealthy food items. Moong dosa is one of my favourite recipes and it is very easy to make. I always have a stock of moong dal batter ready in my fridge so I can cook these anytime and quick.
Moong dosas are super versatile as these can be combined with paneer, potato curry, coriander chutney or just a simple chaat masala.
If you are vegan then you can have these with green chutney or coconut chutney and if not then you can just have these with chicken gravy and relish it.
