Fitness Goal

They say “Nobody gets 100 percent out of something unless they put in 100 percent!” and Roshan surely gave his 100 percent dedication to achieve his fitness goal.

In his own words-

I would like to thank Janki a zillion as her diet has helped me a lot in shedding some extra kilos. I can easily feel the difference overall with the diet program. Before starting the diet, I would always feel bloated but after starting the program the bloating was gone and I felt much lighter and active. Moreover, before starting the diet I couldn’t even run continuously for more than 2mins but now I can run for nearly 3.5 km without any break This can’t be achieved without her guidance and motivation. Once again A big Thanks to her! –
