My journey from 84 -72.5kg in 6 months taught me not only weight loss but also about fat loss and inch loss.
Janki being my fitness expert was also my friend, my mentor, my inspiration too and sometimes my angry teacher who scolded me when i got distracted but in her anger there was care for me as she cared for my health. She made the way of seeing diet as i thought it would be about starving but no she changed my perception by planning flexible diet plans. My mom struggled to send me to the kitchen but by Janki's motivation I cooked too.
She is a true mentor.
I couldn't believe on the 1st day when I saw the plan that I had to eat cheese, ghee, paneer, rice but after following her instructions I realised it was working like magic. I was seeing more inch loss n fat loss. Before I had done a diet and had reached 69kgs but I was not as lean as I am now on 72 kgs boos there is a huge difference between muscle loss n fat loss. With Janki , I lost more fat and gained more muscle.

This journey started less than a month ago....
I know Janki since school days ,in fact I have witnessed her transformation. She's passionate about what she does and that shows in her work. She motivates me and all her friends around. She not only motivated me to start this healthy journey but also helped me overcome myths surrounding fitness and food. Having a job in hotel management, it's difficult to follow a diet and workout but she guided me and gave me simple workout and diet plan. If you have a will, you'll definitely find a way to achieve your fitness goals ,that's what she always tells me.
And I'm happy to have worked on my weight loss goals under her guidance not because i know her since beginning but she has her positive attitude which makes me want to work hard and stay dedicated to my goals. Hey!! I am so delighted that I made one of the best decisions of my life by appointing Janki as my trainer and nutritionist. She is a wonderful person and I enjoyed every bit of my session (for three months) with her. She chalked out a diet plan particularly suitable to my needs and the workouts were also very balanced & do-able. I lost approximately 9 lbs in 3 months and it was a pretty healthy reduce instead of a drastic drop in the weight. I heard about Janki through my sister, who initially trained with her in 2019. Having seem my sister 's progress, I decided to hire Janki as my nutritionist, and I'm so glad I made that decision
I started training with Janki around April 2020 with a 3 month plan focused on weight loss. I was around 131 Lbs then. As I followed her diet and workouts, I started shedding off the extra pounds and inches, I gained more stamina and overall mental satisfaction. Her plans were totally focused on my dietary needs and hence, never felt like I'm on a diet. I was so happy with my progress, that I continued my plan with Janki for 3 more months, this time focused on strength training.
I touched around 115 Lbs by the end of the plan. Along with weight loss, i've also seen great improvement in my stamina, much clearer skin and regular period cycles and a stronger body overall. I had the pleasure of working with Janki over the last 4 months. During the initial days of lock down, I was eating anything and everything and unsurprisingly, gained a lot of weight. My stamina also reduced, and I realized I need to do something about it. I got in touch with Janki through a friend. We transparently discussed my fitness goals. I am a big food lover and sticking to a particular regime has always been hard for me. Janki’s diet plan was a very interesting one where I could have most foods of my liking in a much more sustainable way. Despite my busy work schedule and travelling, I could get back on track with Janki’s help. My weight moved from 167Lbs to 158.5Lbs. Though it does not seem a lot, I learned the sustainable way of living where I can eat foods of my choice, without gaining those extra fat. "I have tried every possible diet in order to shred those extra pounds, but it was difficult. During lockdown I decided to try something else and I found the solution to my biggest problem - I found Janki. She motivted me. to stick to diet.In month of September my colotrol increased , I was terrifird but again she explained me sent articles regarding increasing loosen fats in my blood stream and so showing high colosrol but when I did test in January every came into normal .
